2、熱合機(jī)部分單風(fēng)機(jī)單加熱，獨(dú)立熱合機(jī)頭可左右移動(dòng)，適合多種規(guī)格原單，且均采用韓國進(jìn)口Autonics溫控系統(tǒng)，溫差范圍土2度左右。

3、主機(jī)鉚扣采用氣壓打扣機(jī)平臺(tái)，可放多組打扣組合（具體根據(jù)客戶需求），每組打扣機(jī)帶有追蹤系統(tǒng)。打扣機(jī)內(nèi)置自動(dòng)糾偏系統(tǒng)，可隨布料移動(dòng)，自動(dòng)調(diào)整位置。打扣精度高。

4、裁布部分:用戶只需要輸入產(chǎn)品尺寸，整套設(shè)備操作采用數(shù)控機(jī)床主流的伺服電機(jī)控制;另配有修正系數(shù)，裁斷誤差控制在土1CM之內(nèi)。

For the cutting machine, user can set up required parameter, be controlled with servo motor.With correcting system, tolerance +/-1 CM.
